Gleaner Honour Awards photos
For his charity work, Shaggy received the Gleaner Honour Award! Usain Bolt was awarded Gleaner Man of the Year Award for his achievements for the second year in a row. The Jamaica Gleaner has photos of the ceremony.

It looks like Shaggy will perform in Italy this month!

Shaggy, Rayvon, Gibraltar Music (this is Shaggy’s tour manager Paul “Rossi” Lee, I guess, Shaggy started out as a dj on this sound system!), Golden Bass and High Grade will perform at the Demodè Disco Club in Bari on November 26.

Shaggy will play Teatro Palapartenope / Casa della Musica in Napoli, Italy on November 27, according to Go2 and Campania Tickets, as well as Rastasnob.

Shaggy, Rayvon, Golden Bass and the Groove Society Band will do a concert at the Leoncavallo in Milan on November 28.

According to syedmahdzar, Shaggy, Beenie Man, Buju Banton, Bushmen, Coco Tea, Rita Marley and other artists will perform on the Singapore Reggae Festival 2009 on Sentosa Siloso Beach, Singapore on October 17. As soon as there is official confirmation of this, we’ll post about it, of course.
There is no official confirmation, Shaggy will probably NOT perform on the Singapore Reggae Festival this year!
