Shaggy nominated for 2 South Florida Dancehall Awards

Shaggy has been nominated for two 2011 South Florida Dancehall Awards! He’s nominated for Best Crossover Artist and Best International artist. Vote now!

One vote per IP address per day will be recorded. The 3rd Annual South Florida Dancehall Awards will be held on March 20 at the Hollywood Central Performing Arts Theater in Hollywood, Florida. Macka Diamond, Zj Liquid, Kiprich, Alozade, Sophia Squire, Chevaughn, Ding Dong and Ravers Clavers, Alley Cat, Beky Glacier, Popoye Caution, Whitey Orders, Zeke Don, Dilly Chris & many more will perform.

Shaggy nominated for EME Awards

Shaggy has been nominated for three Excellence in Music and Entertainment Awards (EME) and you can help him win!

Shaggy has been nominated for the Artist of the Decade Award (for the artist who had the biggest impact as a hit maker, performer and as a touring act in 2001-2010) and the International Artist of the Year Award! Also, Shaggy’s super hot song with Alaine, For Yur Eyez Only, has been nominated for the Collabo of the Year (Local) Award!

New video: Shaggy & Sahara – Champagne!

You’ve seen photos of the video shoot, you’ve seen a short teaser, but you didn’t get to hear the song or watch the video… until now. Here it finally is: the long awaited for video for Shaggy & Sahara (Costi Ionita and Andrea) – Champagne! It’s time to pop bottles & enjoy the brand new video!

The video premiered this morning on Libertatea. It was filmed last year in Bulgaria, and actual work on the set lasted about 48 hours (view photos of the video shoot here). The editing was done by the Doctor’s team at Costi Ionita’s studio. The Champagne single will be launched for a first phase in 20 countries, including Romania, France, Germany, USA, Japan and Italy.
