Shaggy and Rayvon performed at the inauguration of Sun Plaza in Bucharest, Romania, this week. Here are interviews, photos, videos and reviews of the concert!

Before Shaggy’s concert at the Sun Plaza inauguration in Bucharest, Romania, a press conference was held. Shaggy said he considered it an honour to play at the concert tonight at Sun Plaza in Romania. He also told the press that he’s working hard on a new album, among others with Bob Sinclar, which he hopes to have ready by this year!

Shaggy also talked about his new single I Wanna with Bob Sinclar, Costa Ionita and Andrea (Sahara) and Romanian women. Articles with photos: Libertatea (more photos) and Mediafax and Click. CanCan has photos of the press conference!

Several Romanian media write that Shaggy will perform at Sun Plaza in Bucharest, Romania, on February 25!

The concert is a free outdoor concert near the Southern Market inaugurating the new Sun Plaza mall in Bucharest, Romania. This event has been officially confirmed on Shaggy’s Myspace. More info: Time Out Bucuresti, Libertatea, iConcert and Media Fax.

Here’s a video of Shaggy performing Dance & Shout live in 2002. It’s a energetic, crazy performance! If I’m not mistaken, one of the dancers in the background is Tami Chynn and Rik Rok, Christopher Birch, Robert “Dubwise” Browne, Michael Fletcher and Brian & Tony Gold are backing up Shaggy instrumentally and vocally.

Shaggy will perform at the Dance FM Beach Party at Club Mansion at Cornaro Beach, Catalkoy, North Cyprus on August 16. The official Dance FM site has info about where to buy tickets. According to the latest info, the show starts at 10 PM.

Kibris Postasi has info on how to get VIP tickets to Shaggy’s concert at the Dance FM Beach Party at Club Mansion in North Cyprus August 16. Minimum age has been lowered to 15 (for all VIP and regular tickets), so Shaggy’s somewhat younger fans can also attend. Shaggy returns to Romania on August 1
After the huge success of his first 2009 concert on July 10 at the Turabo Society Club in Bucharest, Shaggy will be back for another concert in Romania on August 1! This time the concert will be in club Bamboo, Mamaia, and it looks like he’s gonna bring his entire band. Sources Cancan, Revista VIP and (with pop-up ads but pictures as well) Mediafax. Shaggy will also perform in Club Heaven Outdoor in Timisoara, Romania, according to Agenda.ro (no MySpace confirmation yet for either of these dates).

Shaggy on the Observator
Shaggy was on the Observator 16 on Romanian TV station Antena 1 on July 10 at 16:00h! The video of today’s Observator 16 has an item about Shaggy’s earlier concert in Romania, his music, Shaggy, Rayvon and DJ Kue arriving at the airport and a tv studio interview with Shaggy. Here’s the interview video link! Shaggy’s in the video starting around 35 minutes. It was a very nice interview!

Antena also has a video online containing a small part of the registration of his 2008 Romanian concert.
