Ruff Entry Crew
New York based dancehall artists such as Shaggy, Rayvon, Screechie Dan, Red Foxx, Bajja Jedd, Nikey Fungus, Natural Lee and Mr. Easy formed a dancehall group, the Ruff Entry Crew, in the early nineties. The crew members had many local and international hits and were known for their often very energetic performances.

Shaggy & Friends concert
Here’s more info about the upcoming 2010 Shaggy & Friends concert! The concert is a huge event in benefit of the Bustamente Hospital for Children in Kingston, Jamaica, which is the only pediatric children’s hospital in the West Indies. Its facilities to provide adequate care for sick children are stretched to the limit due to a lack of resources. Although Shaggy has made significant contributions to the hospital over the years, the Bustamante Hospital for Children is still in need of assistance.
The Shaggy & Friends concert which will take place on the lawns of Jamaica House on January 2, will feature Shaggy with special guests Joe, Mario Winans, Boyz II Men, Mykal Rose, Beenie Man, Baby Cham, Queen Ifrica, Ding Dong, Toots Hibberts, Busy Signal, Tanya Stephens, T.O.K., Alaine, Ce’Cile, Machel Montano, Sanchez and many more!

Dance for Climate Change video

Trinidad concert rescheduled
Shaggy’s and NeYo’s concert at Queen’s Park, Port Oval in Trinidad, today has been rescheduled to April 25, due to NeYo cancelling his part of the show. Shaggy and John Legend will perform on the new show on April 25! Trinidad Express.

Shaggy is one of the nominees at the International Reggae And World Music Awards, which will be held on Sunday, May 3. Legendary engineer Erroll Brown, who worked for Shaggy as well as for Bob Marley and Ziggy Marley, will be inducted into the IRAWMA Hall of Fame.
