Shaggy will attend the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007 in the Olympiahalle in Munich, Germany! The event takes place this Thursday (November 1) and will be broadcast live from several local MTV stations starting at 8 or 9 PM (check your local tv guide listings for the exact time).
