New song Rise Again for Haiti earthquake victims

Rise Again Haiti
Shaggy teamed up with fellow Caribbean artists Sean Paul, Sean Kingston, Tessanne Chin and Etana (from Jamaica), Alison Hinds, Shontelle Layne and Edwin Yearwood (from Barbados), David Rudder, Kees Dieffenthaller and Destra Garcia (from Trinidad) and Belo (from Haiti) to record a song for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti!

The song, which is called Rise Again, was written by Shaggy and produced by Christopher ‘Langman’ Birch (Birchill Records), to raise money for the Digicel Haiti Relief Fund. It will be available soon!

Shaggy says about the release of the song: “Rise Again is for the people of Haiti. It is to show them that we are here for them and that we will support them each step of the way as they begin rebuilding their lives which were shattered by the earthquake. I am very proud of this song and the collaboration with Digicel. With the launch of Rise Again, we can raise much needed funds to support the relief efforts in Haiti.

Info thanks to Danny Pepperseed and a Digicel press release!
