The song is called Woman Ah Fit or Woman Yuh Fit and is on a 1991 riddim, which also features Screechy Dan (Lonesome Blues) and other Ruff Entry Crew members. It was produced by Sting Int'l and was published by Signet. At the time, Shaggy wasn't signed to any record company yet, he was still in the Marines. I really like the song! Mr. Boombastic, Mr. Lover Lover - or just Shaggy - involved in "Under The Sun". He is the male vocalist on the title track. The cooperation between him and Ida Corr was decided once in Bulgaria, says Ida.
- "I had to perform in Sofia. It was a big show, Shaggy obviously was one of the main names, and I was too. This I realised when I got there. I don't always check before what type of job it is I'm supposed to do."
- "But we ended up just hanging around together and partying and dancing all night until he had to leave to get his plane at 7 in the morning. And we were so cool! He is a fantastic guy. Pure nostalgia. And he also has a great self-irony."
- "So we have kept in touch and I visited him a few times when I've been to the U.S. He said at a time that he thought we should do something together. But by the time he had just finished his latest album."
- "So I made "Under the Sun" and sent the track to him and then he rang back and said, "Wow, that beat is sick, that beat is sick!" And so it went."
