Shaggy talks about constantly reinventing himself as an artist: "As an artist we always reinvent ourselves and within the Reggae fraternity it is so quick paced that we always come up with new ideas and ways to reinvent ourselves." Shaggy is currently working on new material with the legendary producer duo Sly & Robbie.
As for next year, Shaggy is organizing a charity concert for the Bustamente Hospital for Children. "When I commit myself to a great cause, I really commit myself to the fullest and go all the way. As a person with a big heart, you can't help yourself but want to help every child you visit in the hospital."
"2012 is going to be exciting and great. We're getting ready to release a new single off Summer in Kingston, hopefully new Grammy winning album, and looking forward to promoting the record.
