The article quotes Sue Cobb, president of the AFJ and former US Ambassador to Jamaica, saying "Shaggy had personally demonstrated the tremendous power that comes from the act of giving." Jamaica's Ambassador to the United States, Audrey Marks, also commended Shaggy for his philanthropic work, through which he demonstrates a generosity of spirit and a sincerity of purpose.

They also talked about how Rayvon and Shaggy first got to work together on a version of All Out Of Love, to be followed by great combinations like Big Up, Nice & Lovely, In the Summertime, Angel and many more.
