Every time I go online I seem to find some more Shaggy in Dubai stuff. This time it’s something especially good: a video of the press conference! Shaggy was being his very charming self and answering questions as to what people can expect from his concert, the reason why he’s releasing a new album (Intoxication), the record company shizzles, what kind of person he is and more.<\/p>\n
There’s also one more Dubai pre-concert article featured\u00a0(I had seen it before but it looked so much the same as another article I had already linked), with two other pictures of Shaggy at the press conference and some more of what he told the press. “It’s all about the song”, he says.<\/p>\n
“I have worked under five different record labels over the years which has resulted in a bumpy ride. But I was never willing to compromise the music for a look or policy. I’ve always stood by my songs and am proud to say that I have made it work and stayed true to myself.”<\/p>\n
