The fourth annual Excellence in Music and Entertainment (EME) Awards<\/b> nominations have been announced. Shaggy is nominated for “Male DJ of the Year (for a solo vocal performance)”, “Top International Artist of the Year”, “Recording Artist of the Year”, “Best Collaboration of the Year” for his collaboration with Rik Rok on Bonafide Girl and “Best Song of the Year” for Church Heathen. Shaggy’s manager and producer for the Big Yard Music Group, Robert Livingston, has been nominated for “Best Producer of the Year in Reggae” and “Best Producer of the Year in Dancehall”. <\/p>\n
The EME Awards will kick off on Thursday, February 7 with a live broadcast on HOT102 FM from the Gardens of the Jamaica Pegasus hotel. The show will also be recorded and broadcast on CVM TV.
