Shaggy launched his awesome new album Summer In Kingston on Saturday night at the Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston, Jamaica. New Kingston was blocked off for the event and patrons were treated to a full-fledged stage show and the Sugarcane video launch. The concert and video were received with great enthusiasm!

Shaggy gave a very exclusive and energetic live concert at the P.C. Richard and Son Theater in New York last night!

Shaggy performed hits like Boombastic, Angel, Strength of a Woman, Big Up and Church Heathen as well as songs from his upcoming album Summer in Kingston, such as the awesome Sugarcane, Fired Up (Forget the Rece$$ion) and Feeling Alive!

Shaggy told the audience that his new album Summer in Kingston will be available on iTunes on July 19! The first single from the album is the awesome Sugarcane, which sounds as amazing live as it does on record!

During the concert, Shaggy recognized a girl in the audience who had had a heart transplant and asked her to get on stage. Shaggy had visited her, sat by her side and gave her support while she was in the hospital. Very sweet!
